Welcome to Double Tree Village 

       Spring is here and the smell of the new growth is in the air.  We are getting ready for our PIONEER DAYS and WILD ROSE DRAFT HORSE FIELD DAY on June 2nd and 3rd, 2012. It is a great family weekend with draft horses working in the field, wagon rides, a jam session to take part in, many crafts to see, the museum to tour, childrens games and much more.

   It is time to book your SCHOOL FIELD TRIPS so you don't miss the date that works for you.  Give us a call and we can make a day that works for your class.

   We take great pride in our village, one of the biggest in Alberta and would be happy to have you visit us.   This year we have our tepee up, the bakery done and the NWMP Out Post for viewing.  That makes 24 buildings on our street for you to see.  The Double Tree Bulletin complete with a printing press and all the furniture to go with it and a Trading Post is complete.  Watch for the grand opening of these new building.  We are really excited about that.  Our Belgian Teams are ready to take you for a drive in our sleighs out to Hidden Lake.  We may see some Deer and Moose along the way   Click on the other pages to see pictures of our activities.   Give us a call so we can set up a date that is convenient for you to come and view the village and make some old fashioned family memories.
